1. Tathra Beach
This seaside town, is home to a spectacular 4km wide protected beach that is ideal for surfing and swimming. It is a pristine beach that is perfect for your morning walk and swim with amazing opportunities for snorkelling and of course, fishing.
Take a walk up the stairs near the southern end of the beach and that is where you will find stunning views of the beach and surrounds. Nature really does put on a show here!
2. TATHRA WHARF
Wharf Road, Tathra
This pink jewel is an icon in Tathra. The perfect place to spend the afternoon spotting sting rays, catching some fish or checking out the history centre! Stay for a while and grab a bite to eat or a drink at the Wharf Locavore. Here you will find delicious cakes, slices and coffee.
Don’t forget to check out the beautiful art gallery and home-wares while you’re here, all available for purchase if you can take your eyes off the view.
3. TATHRA OYSTERS
1 Reservoir St, Tathra
Tathra Oysters aremulti-award winning oysters that are not only raved about among the locals but top chefs such as well, such as Peter Gilmore. Farmed in the pristine waters of Nelsons Lake in the Mimosa Rocks National Park, they are absolutely delicious.

Stunning shop across from Tathra Beach. Here you will find a carefully curated collection of home-wares, art, jewellery and more. They also stock one of my favourite brands, 'The Beach People'!! You will not leave empty handed, I promise!
5. CLIFFTOP LOOKOUT
Francis Hollis Drive, Tathra
must stop even if you are just passing by to take in one of the best views in Tathra! It overlooks the beautiful 4km Beach and Wharf.
